“I’m ready for my closeup, America.”

I finally worked out what Crazy Eyes Pelosi reminds me of.

And if you don’t recognize this film, you, Sir, suffer from a criminal lack of gayness. Campest, creepiest flick ever.

I’ve never seen the movie, but I’ve enjoyed Carol Burnett’s many spoofs on the Nora Desmond character. So, netflix worthy eh?

    Sorry – NorMa. I can’t see what I type over there —–>

Depends. If you like camp, then most definitely. This one will crank your Camp-O-Meter for sure. It’s the Noiriest.

Real figures from the Silent Era play themselves in it. Heck, they’re all kind of playing themselves in it…

I know, I know…I have no idea what that bug is. It’s only in IE, so I tend to forget it’s there. And I usually type my comments in Wordpad anyhow. Not just here…I’ve had too many browser windows lockup or close unexpectedly over the years and dump my deathless prose, so I got used to typing elsewhere and then pasting the comment in.

Anyhow, I’m elbow deep in the mysteries of WordPress themes at the moment, trying to build something cleaner. Meh.

I, like Enas, saw the Carol Burnett spoof(s) as a young pup.

Just caught the movie a few weeks ago on TCM and it all made sense.

    Sort of.

Worth watching…yes. Better than the spoof…no.

You watch enough old movies, some of the Looney Tune’s Hollywood spoofs
make more sense too. Just sayin’.
